Food makers, wine makers, news makers, change makers…. TUSQ is all about influence – social influencers, media influencers and those that drive whats happening every day

We communicate, we consult and we comment – all on your behalf and about your business, your event, your charity, or you.. all of these are brands and we can help you manage your brand, your media, your story, your online presence… thats all part of our strategy for you.

Announcing…

We are very excited by the prospect of working with some more regional producers in 2013. Now that the office has opened for the new year, we are looking forward to signing on some great businesses, that work with our philosophy around buying seasonal and regional produce. Stand by for news.

Eating…

loving the food at Captain Melville in Franklin Street, Melbourne.  Dinner at Hobba in Prahran is terrific (their breakfasts are epic!). We remain in love with The Duchess of Spotswood, especially their goats curd, asparagus, broad bean and poached egg breakfast. Common Galaxia in Seddon and W48 in West Footscray supply us with our caffeine needs.

Drinking:

Rose and Riesling – the Rose Revolution is on again as is the Summer of Riesling. We are always on the lookout for more alternative varieties to drink as well. Small batch produced wines, from some of Australia’s best producers keep us hydrated in this area. We have also found a few locally produced beers and ciders. If you can, check out the Two Birds Brewing beers – they are fantastic.

Lately:

Merrywell, Cellar Bar at the Newmarket, Feldmans Bar in Fitzroy – we have been dipping the trunk in to all these opportunities of late. The breakfast at Le Chien in Seddon is, as always, excellent.

My partner is the family blogger, so check out what The Relish thinks.

A New Collaboration:

We are excited to be working with a new creative herd at Experientia Eating as they create bespoke dining adventures across Australia. Check them out at www.experientiaeating.com.au and follow them on Twitter @experientiaeat

Making TV

a journey through Australia’s most exciting food regions.

Cravings Unplugged pulls presenter Pete Dillon of Tusq PR and Events away from the safety of the radio studio where he presents Cravings on JOY 94.9, and out into the wide blue yonder. Cravings has developed a cult following across Australian and internationally as the go to food and wine program,

Pete and the team head off the beaten track to embark on a 13 part adventure series visiting some of the nation’s most exciting destinations. Along the way they meet up with some of Australia’s most respected food media personalities.

Check out their trip to Alice Springs for the Wild Bushfoods events as part of The Alice Desert Festival
