What is Friday night about… some potatoes, fried or dried – as long as they have seen some hot oil.

And it means wine.  Tonight it is Tar and Roses Pinot Grigio.

We come to The Waterhole to dip our trunks into the big elephant watercooler.... we see things, we hear things, we sometimes say naughty things...
